Initial 30 minute consultation
I offer a free 30 minute consultation over the phone or via zoom. This is an opportunity for me to gather information about you and what you expect from the counselling relationship and is an opportunity for us to see how we feel about working together

Face to face/telephone or online counselling session
These sessions will be for 50 minutes and will usually take place on the same day at the same time each week. These sessions can be face to face, on the telephone or online. Payment for the session is due 24 hours before the session and can be paid by bank transfer.
Rescheduling and cancellation terms
I understand that life can sometimes get in the way and appointments may need to be moved or missed, so I try to accommodate clients’ wishes as much as I can, but that is not always possible. You may cancel sessions up to a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment without incurring any fee (payment will be transferred to your next session). Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to the full cost of the session except in the case of serious personal emergencies when they will be considered on a case by case basis. If you would like to reschedule a session, and I am able to accommodate this before the Sunday of the week in question, then I will endeavour to do so, but this may not always be possible. Should I need to cancel our session with less than 24 hours’ notice, no fee will be payable in this circumstance. If I have to cancel a session at short notice (less than 24 hours) I will advise you as soon as possible and your payment will be transferred to your next appointment.
